The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to your new home and to your membership in the Town Green Village Association. Your Association provides owners with a means of governing the shared assets of our development.
EB Community Managers has been selected to assist the Board of Directors in the management of the Association. EB Community Manager's office is generally available to serve you from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The telephone number is (707) 806-5400. At times, the managers are on site with an owner or vendor so it is best to call. In the event of an after-hours emergency, you may contact EB Community Managers by calling the same number, which is answered by a twenty-four hour answering service.
Checks must be made payable to Town Green Village Association noting your account, unit number, and the property address on the check. This will ensure that your account is credited correctly each month.
Our Association depends on prompt payment in order to conduct proper operation of Association business. If you have any questions regarding the status of your payments, please contact EB Community Managers. Please do not send any correspondence with your payment because your payment goes directly to the bank and not EB Community Manager's office. Also, any questions regarding the status of your account should be sent directly to EBC’s office at 6600 Hunter Drive, Rohnert Park, CA, 94928.
To have the outside marquee and the entry code personalized for your preferences, please return the Entry Code/Directory Change form to Town Green Village Association.
To report common area maintenance concerns please contact the Community Association Manager Alyssa Azevedo at AAzevedo@ebcommunitymgrs.com or phone (707) 806-5400. While you may report problems by telephone, you are encouraged to put your requests in writing.
