MONTHLY BOARD MEETINGS
When: The fourth Tuesday of each month (with the exception of December) at 6:00 PM.
Where: EB Community Managers, Inc., 9021 Conde Lane, Windsor and via Zoom
Agendas are posted in the ground floor hallways of each building and here on the web site. These meetings may be subject to change.
Monthly meetings can only be attended by members of the association and others invited by the Board.
If you have an item you want to discuss with the Board, please come to the Board meeting and present your concerns in the "Owners' Forum" which is held at every open Board meeting.
To the Owners who express themselves in the Open Forum, the Board's ability to respond to the concerns is limited by statute. Boards may: (1) Briefly respond to statements made or questions posed; (2) Ask a question for clarification, make a brief announcement, or make a brief report on the person’s own activities, whether in response to questions posed by a member or based upon the person’s own initiative.
We wholeheartedly encourage you to bring your concerns to the Board in the Open Forum. If you're unable to attend the meeting, we are very happy to pass on your comments and concerns in written form to the Board in the Forum. Simply email, fax, or drop by your statement and it will be read at the next Board meeting. We'll get back to you in the days following the meeting to let you know the response from the Board.
