Monthly BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING
 
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors  will be AUGUST 21, 2018 at 6:00 PM in the EBMC Windsor office, located at 9021 Conde Lane, Windsor.  The agenda for the meeting will be posted in each building four days before the meeting and here is the agenda."
 
 

~ Reminders to Owners ~
COMMON AREA HALLWAYS.  Common area hallways are not to be used for storage. The common hallways may be used for the staging of deliveries during business hours. All deliveries, boxes, trash, etc. must be removed from common hallways in a timely fashion and always by the end of the business day.  Limited decorations, furniture or artwork may be permitted in the common areas with written approval of the TOWN GREEN VILLAGE ASSOCIATION.  Doors to first floor corridors from garages and commercial units must remain closed at all times.
 
DECKS AND BALCONIES.  Decks and balconies to be kept in a neat and orderly fashion at all times; only items allowed on decks are those commonly associated with the use and enjoyment of such areas (i.e. BBQ's, table and chairs).  Decorative items shall be approved at the discretion of the Board.  NO STORAGE will be permitted on Decks and Balconies.
 
DUMPSTER AREAS.  Residential and commercial unit owners must break down empty cardboard boxes, crates and wood pallets so that they will fit in the provided garbage containers.  No storage of beverage containers, pallets or other such items is permitted in the refuse or common areas without permission.   Loose packing material, such as Styrofoam peanuts and the like, must be bagged or contained to prevent them from spilling.  In the event that the loose packing material does spill, the material must be cleaned up immediately.
 
MAINTENANCE OF DECKS, BALCONIES, GARAGES, AND STORAGE AREAS.  Each owner shall be responsible for the maintenance, repair and replacement of any Exclusive Use Common Area appurtenant to the Owners’ Unit.
