~ IMPORTANT NOTICE ~
HOW TO REPORT AN EMERGENCY AT TOWN GREEN VILLAGE
 
An emergency is a serious, unexpected, and often dangerous situation requiring immediate action.  In the HOA world, we call it our "BFF" – Blood, Flood, or Fire - not the best of the BFFs in the world.  If you experience an emergency, which threatens your or your family’s safety, CALL 911.  First responders are better equipped to aid you when your safety is at stake.
 
In the event of a leak, lockouts, or other serious matter requiring the HOA’s involvement, please call (707) 584-5123.  If there is a problem after hours (hours outside of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and holidays), stay on the line to be connected to a 24/7/365 answering service who will contact one of the Town Green Village Association Team Members.
 
Please do not email, contact through the Association’s web site or call our direct extensions, these are not monitored during non-business hours.

REGULARLY SCHEDULED BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING
 
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors will be on June 20, 2017 at 6:00 PM here in the EBMC Windsor office.  The agenda for the meeting will be posted in each building one week before the meeting and the agenda will appear in "Upcoming Events."

~ RECONSTRUCTION UPDATES ~
June 14, 2017
The Contractors Contract (General Conditions of the Contract for Construction A201-2007)  has been submitted to the Town Green Village Board of Directors by Richard Avelar & Associates and reviewed by Council. This document will be given to contractors for reconstruction bidding purposes.
The contractors will be inspecting the exterior and interior of 4 or 5  units in Building's A, B & C in late June. If your unit is chosen for inspection, you will be contacted in advance. This inspection should not take more that 15 minutes. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
 
May 3, 2017
Richard Avelar & Associates are currently putting together the bid documents, which will include a draft of the contractor contract that will be used for the reconstruction project. These documents will be reviewed by the Town Green Board of Directors.
 
April 19, 2017
Richard Avelar & Associates is continuing to work on the the architectural drawings and have been in contact with the Town of Windsor Building Department regarding their requirements for the drawings and permits. Tentative date for the start of reconstruction is late September 2017.
 
March 20, 2017
Richard Avelar & Associates  are in the process of preparing the drawings and specifications for the repairs and are targeting the end of April to have those complete.
 
December 12, 2016
Good afternoon all…  There’s not much to report with the reconstruction efforts.  One of the team put the status into a baseball analogy, “We’re not even on the field yet; we’re still in the locker room waiting for players to arrive.”  The Board of Directors has chosen and is negotiating with a company to lead the Association during the reconstruction.
